Treasures of the Sea
The best tide pools I saw on the Oregon Coast, were on our first day when we went to Yaquina Head State Park. I wanted to get a better picture of the seals on the far rock so I climbed up some mussel covered rocks (you have to watch where you stepped to not crush them.). Nestled in the inner part of the rock formation was a living tide pool. There were sea anemones, star fish, mussels, other shell fish, crabs, etc. It was an amazing assortment of creatures and creation. Treasures of the Sea.
